This is a cover for a tissue box that I designed, inspired by a character from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld book series (Otto Chriek, the vampire photographer). It fits on the tall Kleenex boxes, and the tissues coming out mimic a cravat. A printable PDF can be found here.
